Think Airbnb or VRBO, but with 3 to 6 month terms and lower prices in premier areas of Cincinnati. My locations are premier because the properties are centrally located to every amenity (grocery stores, shopping centers, gyms and resturants.)
All inclusive includes: hi-speed internet, wifi, cable, all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer), trash and recycling pick up, and lawncare.
All properties are non-smoking, non-vaping, drug free buildings.
Option 1: Shared apartment (Co-Op/Intern/Student Housing) or Professional. 3 bedroom/1 bathroom shared fully furnished apartment. Seperate key lock private bedrooms. Start at $705 per month (single occupancy only).
Professional 2 bedroom/1 bathroom shared fully furnished apartment/houses or 4 bedroom/3 bathroom (Private bedroom with Private bathroom). Seperate key lock private bedrooms. Start at $895 per month (single occupancy only).
Option 2: Non-shared apartments and houses. Start at $1895 per month.

PremierStay Properties offers premuim but affordable flexible fully furnished housing for relocating business professionals (Co-Ops/Interns/Students, Professionals, Medical Rotations, Consultants, Relocation personnel).
All properties are conveniently located in the most desirable areas of Cincinnati (Kenwood/Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester, Ft. Mitchell, Northern Kentucky (near Florence and airport)).
House /Apartments offer spacious living spaces near (walkable to) high-end shopping districts, grocery stores, premier parks, and resturants. All locations are centrally located.
